It has been a very busy week for me. Linda, my part time driver and close friend, took a week off for some much needed R and R. Rob has kept me on my toes with his new website, and I have been busy doing the finishing touches to the photo galleries on this site (although at this stage I still have my gallery to finnish).
TAFE returns next week and i am going to be doing some more networking units and starting on some programming. Should be interesting, I'll let you know next week if I am pulling my hair out or not!

February 7

Start back at TAFE tonight, although really it should have been tuesday night. The wide area networking unit I had enrolled in did not have enough students so they had to cancel it. All image galleries have been fixed up so thats another thing I can cross off my "to do" list.
Replaced the brake pads in the van today and what a debarcle it was trying to get the parts. The first place I went to said they would take a week, the second place could get them in, but not until late afternoon. I needed them by 1pm at the latest so I decided to get them couriered from the warehouse. When the courier arrived in Cannington to collect the parts he was held up 20 minutes before they realized they had sent them in a round about way to the Morley store via their own courier. I sent my courier off to Canning Vale to get some from there but by the time he had got there they had transferred them over to Cannington. So the courier had to go back to Cannington to collect the part and I eventually got them at 12.30. All high drama's at the time, but the warehouse were very good at sorting out the problem so I don't think their name needs bagging out here.
